At our meditation centre Quinta Quixote in the east Algarve there are a number of different sessions you can book.

The most frequent session booked is the free floating pulsation session according to new bodymind principles. This means we will invite you to relax totally and go with the the flow. Raul is mostly giving these sessions. He is a bodyworker.

Individual sessions (1 on 1) last between 1-2 hours. This session bears some costs to cover for Raul’s time to get him at the Quinta. 

Tantra sessions for men (hetero, bi, gay does not matter) are also possible (a free gift by Shunyam after initial contact) to unlock your masculine energies; see further on this webste.

Group sessions of 2-8 people are also possible. In that case we add various internal work, such as qigong yoga and certain yoga breath techniques and Yoga forms less known (spontaneous flow yoga, Tibetan temple yoga, mudra’s and vedic chanting. Of course you have to live near our meditation centre, Quinta Quixote in the east Algarve, Portugal.

A group session can be planned for 2.5 hours, half a day, or even an entire day. We will than introduce you to various meditative techniques to enable yourself to dive deeper in your own potential.
