So you are a man and you know your body is the greatest gift and you really want to use it well. Sex is part of the essence of our energy. Once you have been feeling what you can really experience on the level of sexual energy you will become really juicy and happy in your life. It is my aim to teach guys to combine sexual energy with awareness; 1+1 = 3! This chapter is just a teaser for you to understand a bit of what I try to say. And we are not here to sell a tantra class, or a tantra session. Breath4Balance is not commercial, we have zero interest in earning money. And we do not wish to make an earning model. The Art of Tantric Flow and Energy Expansion

Creating a Sacred Space for Tantra
Before touching, prepare the environment so that it fosters relaxation and presence. Dim the lights or use candles to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Use calming music or Tibetan bowls to set a meditative tone. Burn essential oils or incense such as sandalwood, frankincense, or ylang-ylang to awaken the senses. Prepare a comfortable massage surface with warm blankets or a soft mat. Keep the room warm. And the towels and sheets clean. We have a special geodome for tantric sessions, which looks like an uterus…;). So we can become rebirthed in tantric consciousness….
Grounding and Intention Setting
Before beginning physical touch, it is essential to connect energetically and mentally. Sit facing each other in a comfortable position maintaining eye contact. Breathe together syncing your inhales and exhales to establish a shared rhythm. Set an intention for the session, either silently or spoken aloud, for example, we open this space for deep relaxation, connection, and exploration. Place a hand on each other’s hearts to establish an initial energetic connection, or while sitting in a circle place hands on eachother knees. There are so many ways to start, also dear to experiment a bit.
Body and Breath Synchronization
One of the most important tantric principles is breathing with awareness. This allows both individuals to tune into each other’s rhythms before physical touch begins. Breathe deeply and slowly through the nose, expanding the belly. Feel the breath moving between both bodies as if you are exchanging energy through your breath. Optionally, engage in light humming or toning to further harmonize energy. You can also start with various pranayama breath patterns, such as the breath of fire.
Transitioning from Sitting to Lying Down
You should shift from sitting to lying down when both partners feel energetically attuned and relaxed after breathwork and initial touch. A natural sense of deepening into the body arises signaling readiness for a more receptive state. The hands-on connection has warmed up the skin and nervous system creating a feeling of trust and flow.
Since the tantric massage is not mechanical but a conscious energy experience, the movement from sitting to lying down should feel like part of the ritual. Place your hands gently on the recipient’s shoulders and slide them slowly down their back. Whisper or speak softly, now let your body sink deeper, allow yourself to rest into the surface. Slight swaying or rocking can naturally encourage releasing tension and lying down. Sometimes, simply holding each other’s hands and guiding the recipient to lean backward helps create a soft, supported descent into a lying position.
Once the recipient starts reclining, help position them comfortably so they can surrender fully, first to the gravity, than to your hands.
Should the Receiver Lay First on the Belly
Yes, starting face-down is also often recommended as it encourages deep relaxation, reduces tension in the shoulders and back, and allows for long, soothing strokes along the spine which helps in distributing energy smoothly. The sacrum and lower back are key energy centers in tantric bodywork and these areas are easier to activate from this position.
Some sessions may begin face-up if the intention is to work directly with breath and chest opening or there is a desire to start with a gentle abdominal or throat chakra massage encouraging deeper breath awareness. The best approach is to ask or intuitively feel which position the receiver prefers as each session may be different based on mood, energy state, and emotional openness. You just experiment what feels best.
First Touch Sequence and Breathwork Integration
Now that the receiver is lying down the next phase is about deepening relaxation, activating body awareness, and building sensual energy in a slow conscious way. Whether you start with the belly-down or belly-up position the key is to maintain a rhythmic flow between breath, energy, and touch.
Place your hands gently on key energy centers such as the upper back, sacrum, or soles of the feet if face-down or the heart and lower belly if face-up. Hold your hands there without moving for at least one full minute feeling the warmth and energy exchange. Sync breathing by inhaling together and exhaling slowly allowing the receiver to melt into the surface.
Use soft fingertips or the back of the hands to glide lightly over the body following the natural curves of the spine, arms, and legs. Maintain a slow, wave-like rhythm as if painting energy across the skin. Encourage the receiver to breathe in sync with the strokes inhaling as you move up the body and exhaling as you move down. And tune in the tantric music, to see if you can do long strokes in line with the music rythm.
Once the body is fully relaxed transition into long, flowing strokes to activate and distribute energy. Use the whole palm to move slowly along the back, sides, and limbs following the breath cycle. Apply medium pressure in a circular rhythm pressing slightly deeper on exhalation to encourage release. Experience the hotness of the hands and the waves of energy moving up and down the body guiding the touch.
Guiding Erotic Energy into Full-Body Waves Without Release
In tantric bodywork sexual energy is not rushed toward climax but instead circulated through the entire body expanding pleasure and deepening connection. This practice transforms localized arousal into full-body bliss allowing men to experience longer, more profound waves of pleasure while maintaining control over their energy. Breath is key.
Breath is the foundation of energy movement. Instead of allowing arousal to stay concentrated in one place this technique spreads it throughout the body. Inhale deeply through the nose filling the belly, ribs, and chest. On exhale imagine energy moving from the genitals upward into the heart or even the crown of the head. Visualize the breath pulling pleasure from the pelvis into other parts of the body allowing tingling sensations to spread.
The pelvic region stores immense energetic power which can be unlocked through movement. Synchronize slow pelvic rocking with breathing tilting the hips forward on inhale and back on exhale. Encourage the entire spine to undulate as if riding a wave. You can also do this with bent knees and the feet flat on the ground so that the pelvic axis gets more degrees of freedom.
Instead of keeping pleasure in the lower body this method integrates it with hthe rest of the body deepening emotional and physical connection. Place one hand over the genitals or lower belly and the other over the heart region. Breathe in sync with the heartbeat feeling the pulse connect both energy centers.
Rather than focusing only on erogenous zones use touch to activate and distribute energy throughout the entire body. Use slow circular strokes on the belly, chest, arms, thighs, and back drawing energy outward from the pelvis. Integrate gentle tapping or brushing movements keeping the body engaged. Experiment with alternating between deep grounding pressure and light teasing touch.
Encourage soft moaning, sighing, or humming with each exhale. Use deep vibrational sounds like aaaah or ooooh to let the body hear itself and relax in that it is OK. The more sound is released the more energy moves and transforms into pleasurable waves.
Tantra is about letting go of control and surrendering to the natural flow of energy. Every touch breath and movement becomes part of a deeper dance where pleasure expands beyond the genitals into a full-body state of bliss. This approach prevents energy depletion and post-orgasmic fatigue. It allows for prolonged states of arousal and bliss rather than a quick climax. It deepens the mind-body connection creating a more profound state of presence and meditation. It awakens the entire nervous system making every touch more electric and meaningful.
