The songs of many shaman's are created in this moment, no preparation, just channeling and voicing the sounds which want to be expressed. In this way shaman's songs can be compared with the Indonesian Latihan meditation, or even with BuToh. In the Latihan and BuToh the body starts moving without a predefined goal.
